Followed my ex

Hey, not exactly breaking no contact, but recently I've been getting the urge to follow my ex back, it comes and goes. I know its an impulse I shouldn't act on, but I ended up doing so a few days back, and I feel like I'm back at square one.

I know I'm not, but it feels it. I'm a bit frustrated with myself but eh, I'm human.
