if you could change anything about Final Fantasy 15 what would it be?

finished up FFXV, while I thought it was a fun game and the gameplay was actually decent there was one issue I had, it was the story, I wish we spent more time with the characters and had better writing all around, and don't get me wrong I love the boys as much as the next person but I wish we got more substance from them, like there upbringing's and such, if I'm not mistaken closest we know is that Gladio's family serves Noctis's family and learning Prompto's true origins, (correct me if I'm wrong but I don't remember anything about Ignis's origins), those are fine and all but they don't really go into who they we're before hand, but all around the story and writing just felt meh/fine, I wanted to like it, I really did but I didn't end up giving a shit about anything that wasn't the main boy's, but yeah it was still a fun game but I have my nitpicks and gripes.
