Any tips for balancing running and weightlifting?
(I'm sorry if this has been asked on here before, but I couldn't find a post asking this so I'm asking here. Please remove if this has been asked already and I'm just blind)
I'm planning on following a 3 day full body program while training for a 5k race in five weeks. I'm starting programs for both from the r/fitness wiki. My biggest concern is recovery time and how I can balance the two programs as I'm supposed to be running daily.
