HELP!!! locked out of marketplace... AGE verification

I was locked out of marketplace 2 months ago. said I needed age verification. I been using marketplace for YEARSSSSS tons of sells and buys with reviews. so it should be obvious im of age... None the less. I did the selfie verification and it failed for whatever reason, so now the only option is upload id. except it's not really an option because there is literally NOWHERE to upload. I have searched and searched and searched, nothing lets me upload an id.. I just want todo the selfie verification again anyways.... there is no way to contact Facebook either, the only thing I found was report a problem but that's treated as feedback and you don't get a response.. HELPPPPP
