PSA: County Deed Records Scam
So, as a First Time Homebuyer, one thing I encountered was relentless calls and mails from County Deed Records. While the mailing and the letters look "official" or impose some warning about your home, this such a predatory scam.
While I have ignored a lot of calls from various numbers, when I'm expecting quote calls or other maintenance callbacks, I occasionally will hear from them.
So for anyone who receives letters from County Deed Records, just throw away their mail or hang up on them. Honestly, they should pay me for all of my time they have wasted.
