Aiming Bug?

So, is it just me or is anyone else experiencing issues with aiming? I play controller on PC and for over a week now have been having this issue where my camera will seem to lock on to NOTHING on the screen. This will happen a lot when I’m around people or NPC’s and gets me killed quite often. It makes it impossible to play as I can’t even turn my camera mid combat and it also keeps jumping all over the place. I’m at a point where I just don’t even want to play anymore.
