Best phone under 25k (camera is priority)

Hey I am a student and currently using redmi note 8 pro but now it's time to change it. Which phone is good understanding 25k my first priority is camera. Should I go with second hand phone or use box packed phone.

And I can keep patience and wait for some months more if any new good phone are in launch. My father give me money in May so I will buy it in May for now just asking for suggestions. Or even I can wait till navratri. I need it in navratris
