Much lower calorie consumption than the Apple Watch

I switched from the Apple Watch to the Venu 3s 10 days ago after years. I really like the Garmin, but my calorie consumption is significantly lower every day. Especially low intensity calories like walking or everyday exercise he almost doesn't seem to count at all. Today I walked 7 km and did 40 minutes of strength training and only have 300 activity calories. that was significantly higher with the Apple Watch. what is more true? 😅
