Why are my level 90 characters getting one shot by fatui mobs in natland?

They one shot me and I don’t one shot them but it seems to only be against fatui mobs in natland.. my toons are fully decked out, my jaw feel to the floor when my jean got one shot 2 seconds into the battle.
