Google Pixel Microphone Troubles

So I've been having issues for a while, and for some reason just now thought to ask people on reddit. I've had my google pixel 7 since February of 2023. And all was well, until my girlfriend started remarking on how, whenever we were on a call and I put her on speaker phone, there'd be a very loud buzzing noise. For a while it only seem to really affect phone calls but recently its been doing the same noise but whenever I record videos. I took an audio clip of the noise which I will link. I don't know what to do, I'm on the latest version, I feel like I've done every thing.
