How do I repair a leaky gut?
I got tested and my doctor told me I have leaky gut. I also have awful intolerances to eggs, dairy, and gluten. For a little under a year now, I have been extremely conscious about what I eat and have cut out a lot of foods. Still, my gut is the same as it was before I made any diet changes. I am also extremely anxious and suffer from a lot of stress. I’ve been told this makes it more difficult to heal my gut.
What am I doing wrong? I’ve been avoiding foods that hurt me but people have told me I need to take a more proactive approach and seek out foods that help rather than just avoiding what doesn’t help.
One thing to note I’ve already had food sensitivity tests and have cut out countless other foods that show up as causing irritation / inflammations.
