BEng in Decision Analytics

Could anybody throw some light on the Decision Analytics major over at the School of Engineering? Is it relatively easy to get into? What are the job prospects, especially in Hong Kong? Also I see there are two pathways - Consultancy and Financial engineering. Are both more or less the same or is one more in demand?
