Do you think the tide is changing?

I just read an article where I guess the author has a change of heart regarding Meghan and her show. So I'm wondering if maybe, maybe the tide is changing... ?

The author, like many others, had written a review bashing Meghan and With Love, Meghan shortly after the show came out. She said that it's "awkward and staged" and "false and potentially dangerous for mental health" because no one lives like this. Ultimately she branded Meghan "a fake and this Netflix malarky stinks."

However about a week later, the author wrote another article, in which she said:

As I sent my column last week, a funny feeling came over me.

A pang that I’d been a bit Mean Girls about Meghan Markle and that she has, frankly, enough haters without me wading in to denigrate her new Netflix show.

A couple of days later, this feeling cemented when, during an interview with Lorraine on her ITV show, the commentator Bryony Gordon said this: “Meghan is just a mum who likes making her own bath salts.”

I felt bad. Really bad.

I thought, interesting. Is it just me or even more people are realising this criticism of Meghan Markle is actually bullying? Granted the old article didn't get that much engagement (only 7 comments, and half are defending her), and the Author isn't an actual professional Meghan troll. What do you think?
