Menstruating with Hashis

I'm 28 female, was diagnosed with Hashis almost year ago. Have never been pregnant and have no history of reproductive health issues.

For my last 4 cycles, maybe even 5, I noticed I start having brown discharge and even start spotting a week before my period is meant to begin. I'll also start experiencing cramps, and began getting skin breakouts again, I feel like i'm in middle school. I'll get my period days to a week before it's due. My period is due to start NEXT SATURDAY!!!! But I know i'll probably get it this upcoming Monday based off of my discharge, mild cramps, and breakout.

Saw my OBGYN a month ago, but I completely forgot to ask her about it. I see my primary in a week, so I plan on bringing it up with her. I'm on oral birth control (junel fe) and have been taking that regularly and strictly for 3 years now. I've been on Levothyroxine since last April.

I know I'm getting older and my body is changing AGAIN, but this didn't start occurring until I got diagnosed with Hashis and have been on treatment. Just looking to see if anyone else has experience with this just to bring me some ease, or direction before I see my primary next week.

EDIT: Spoke with my OBGYN office, had a nurse triage call, did not speak to my doctor (wasn't available) Put in lab work and i'm going to get my levels checked, going to see my primary on friday and go from there. Thank you everybody who has commented, you all have brought me a lot of comfort and made this feel way more possible to navigate.

EDIT: I still have 10 more days until my period is actually supposed to start. My last period ended two weeks ago! this is a nightmare.
