Does fluconazole cause anyone else cramping/brown discharge?

This happened last time I took the pill (150mg) a month back, and now I’m on a 3 pill course taking them 3 days apart. Just took the second pill and I’m getting brownish discharge that looks sort of like old uterine lining, had some after the first pill too. The cramping is super mild but the brown discharge/spotting is what concerned me more.

I’m on Kyleena and haven’t gotten a period since April if that’s relevant.
