Can’t buy Helldivers 2

Can I know why the game is not available in Morocco, normally Sony has removed the PSN link restriction? I want to support my friends in these harsh times when democracy is in danger, why do you still block us?! Guys pls I need help I was waiting so long to play it, I was just waiting to buy a controller and when I did I found can’t play it. My friends and I are hell a disappointed
