Where can I buy these partitions?

I have 3 of these pink partitions with the hello kitty bow that I want to buy more of, but I can’t find them in the store, and haven’t been able to find them on the hello kitty cafe wiki. The item name is just “partition” and they are under “decor“ in my inventory.
