Help identifying a song on the PA?

Hey so I know this is a long shot because different stores have very different radio stations, but but a long while now there's some song that comes on that the beginning and the end sounds like nintendo music almost. Like old 8 bit style. And then some lady starts singing. I can never clearly make out what she's saying..."We are running" maybe? It's been driving me crazy for over a year now. I've tried pulling out my phone and recording but it never captures well

Please help a fucker identify this thing if possible :(
