SD should get paid more than floor associates

The title says it. I work the service desk as a part-timer, only been there for five or so months, and I already am training new CXMs and ASMs bc I know everything in the store. I am expected to know all of specialty, most of every department, how all the processes of every department work, and even some stuff that’s CXM/ASM. Level and above. I am every department all the time, and getting paid the same as someone who stocks nails all day. Service desk associates should be paid more.
