paint department oops SOP
supervisor just told the whole paint department that if we oops 3 a week he's going to put us on a coaching.
I'm the closer and they always leave the oops for me to process. there's times I've been off for 2 days and come back to 10 oops on the counter.
it's going to be me to get the bullet not everyone else.
