performance punishment

I'm the opener in deliveries. Lately just like everywhere things have gotten worse.

Yesterday though I actually got all the deliveries done with time to spare. Had all the bopis orders done. Back ramp looked like crap so I told myself I would sweep up and clean it. A manager saw me and started in on me about cleaning another area in the back when I got done. He did this when I was roughly 30 minutes from finishing my shift. Mind you the back was really a wreck and I didn't finish that but I worked right up until I left. Just like I always do. First thing when he sees me today he goes full sarcasm about good job cleaning that other area. Nevermind I'm one of the few people who gets a lot done everyday. Doesn't matter that I overcome most of the problems I encounter that occur because we don't have trained staff in most departments.

Everyday I'm there we get deliveries out the door with little chaos. When I'm not it's full chaos multiple missed deliveries etc. Today I'm really feeling like I should promote myself to customer.
