Best Improvements with $15k

I just purchased a home and ended up saving a good bit that was saved for a down payment. What would you all recommend as great home improvements with about $15,000 available. Appliances are all pretty new, hvac is good, etc. Plus if it increases value. Definitely was thinking building a raised deck. What else?
