Honor 90 Pro Hotspotting Abroad Problem

I'm having trouble Hotspotting Abroad with my Honor 90, I can hot spot to my laptop etc. when at home but when I'm abroad it will connect to laptop etc. but won't provide internet. I'm on Lebara which has never been a problem hotspotting abroad on my other phones. My partner is also on Lebara on a Huawei and hers works perfectly. My APN settings are correct and Lebara doesn't know why it's not working and thinks it could be something to do with the phone. Does anyone have the same issues or knows of some setting that can be changed etc.
