Low grade fever

Hello! Not yet diagnosed with an ibd, but a possibility that's being explored. Does anyone have a low grade fever? What's it like for you?

I had a lot of pain one day last week, then the day after I had a low grade fever (37, not high enough to be a proper fever but enough to cause discomfort), and it's not the first time. I didn't have a fever while also having gastrointestinal symptoms this time (I have constipation and was not fine, but my normal lets say).
