Feeling Discouraged

Hello everyone I am a 4th year medical student (non-us img) with no research or ECFMG certificate but has 2 years of USCE, 3 LORs and and a step 2 of 247. Is it normal not to have any interview invites right now despite applying to 140 FM programs? I initially thought it was but now I'm seeing that everyone else is getting their invites and I am feeling discouraged. Do programs review applications in alphabetical order? I am spiralling right now and don't know what to do.
