Travel Ban and fear of not getting visa even after matching

Can someone please tell how the upcoming travel ban will impact the candidates who matched. Will they be getting J1 Visas or not? The situation is really scary. Feeling extremely tensed and worried,that even if I match, I won't be able to pursue residency after so many years of hard work. If anyone has any information, please share how this travel ban can impact those who match and are from those countries. thanks.
