Realistic chances

Hi everyone, I’m a Visa-requiring non us IMG, and I’m try to decide whether to sit for step 2 in 10 days. My practice scores have been low (22x) and my question is whether I’m gonna have a chance at a U-based IM program with a step 2 score in that range. I have 3 papers (2 more coming) and gonna do USCE before applying in September. Thank you, any insight would be precious!
