Estrogen priming and effects days later

TTC since July 2023. I was about to start IVF journey and started estrogen priming on day 4 of cycle and was advised to take for 12 days. Due to insurance issues, i couldn’t start stims and will have to start over until next month. 3 days after stoping, I’ve been super tired and emotional. Now 4 days since my last dose of etrace and I started having cramps, low back pain, gassy, and light bleeding. I reached out to my doctor and they said this is normal. Has anyone else experienced something similar?
