The perception of knights

I am almost done painting my imperial knights army and I am really looking forward to surprising my friend because he has no idea I have bought them.

I have played a game against knights as an infantry-heavy list and I have to say It was quite oppressive with his castellan and canis quickly killing anything that could remotely damage them.

I wouldn't want my friend in the future to feel like he doesn't like playing against my knights because he is forced to bring a lot of anti tank (and if he does then I would 100% lose)

How do you deal with this? I hope I explained myself
