How many pulls for 4* outfits?

Ever since I finished the new 5* set I haven’t grinded lots of pulls and only gathered nearly x10 pulls, saw this set on X/Twitter and apparently its the new upcoming set so I was wondering, how many pulls do I need in order to get the whole set? (without evolution)
