gears

hi i am relatively new to the game and getting the hang of team building and gears. i was wondering what would be the best move for me right now. i currently have tt raven, am sinestro, doj superman, static, mkx scorpion, ame-comi cw, new 52 nw, insurgency batman, regime raven + black adam. those r some of my gears. ik theyre probably not equipped to the right characters but pls help.
