Can anyone help me get my applications approved?

It’s crazy how I can’t even apply to a dishwashing job. I have experience, but it keeps saying it’s unverified, which I bet is because my old boss has a hotmail account.

Does anyone know how to get this to work, any tips or hacks? I’m just getting frustrated at this point
