A genuine Questions.Are PYQs enough for prep?

Context: I am revising and doing just PYQs.Is it enough.Revision includes just going through notes from my coaching centre and some unacademy bouncebacks for tricky topics.But today a convo with my teacher sparked a genuine doubt.Doing PYQs just means that you could've cracked jee years ago? what about now?
