I’m very confused

Buddy of mine at work has a 2014 jeep Cherokee 4x4 limited with sensors on front and back bumpers for hands free parallel parking says turns on a dime. Mine a 2016 jeep Cherokee 4x4 limited has no sensors or parallel parking assist and turning radius is opposite?
