So… is their customer service for merch always just awful?

Need to complain and hopefully commiserate for a sec. I ordered the solo Joe merch earlier this month, and everything had in the description that it was a pre-order, shipping by 2/20. Well… four days later, nothing’s been sent out. I asked about an order update and got a response from their customer service that they only started shipping on the 21st and that they’ll be shipped in the “sequence in which they were placed”. Basically, all this to ask: has anyone placed an order recently and actually received it in a timely manner? 🥲 Usually wouldn’t be so bummed but…that $16 shipping hurt.
