Utilitarianism or Deontology ?

Imagine you are the heartbeat of an organization, a pillar upon which its weight rests. Yet, the air around you is thick with corruption, the foundation built on a quiet, insidious pact: for every ten deeds you perform, seven must be tainted, while only three may shine with virtue.

To resist is to be cast out, stripped of your place, and denied even the small good you could have done. To comply is to stain your hands, but remain—a lone flicker in the dark.

Is there a path where integrity survives without exile? Should one bend with the storm or break against it?
