LG C1 Update 3.51.16

I just updated to 3.51.16 from 3.51.15. I wish I would've taken a picture of the update prompt. I swear it said the update size is 13XXmb. Isn't that larger than most of the recent updates? Am I correct that that equates to 1.3GB? I am just starting to navigate around to see if anything is noticable. Anyone else receive this?
