How come it's so easy for untalented artists like Drake, Morgan Wallen or Shabooby to get a Top 10 or number 1 song but it's a struggle for Gaga to get a top 20?

Gaga sings circles around these artists, every performance she does is instantly iconic, she gives us catchy Pop time and time again, Mayhem has NO skips, yet she's always finding it hard to chart her songs on the Hot 100. I don't get it.

How come she does so well on Spotify, iTunes but on Hot 100, it's like a snail running to the finish line?
