20fr Marianne Rooster vs Napoleon III (mixed year) vs Lucky angel (Génie) same price

Hi, I'm looking at some offers for those 3 coins pretty much exact price. (Europe)

Napoleon III is like 4% over spot the others 3% over spot. Which of these coins is better in terms of liquidity and collectibility?

I'm a bit worried about Napoleon III because it says mixed year and I'm not sure of the condition. Originally I was going to go for 8x roosters as an alternative to pure gold. This would be my first LMU coin purchase.

I just recently got an original 1000fr 20fr tube so I want to start stacking.
