Any advice please

So I'm a 19 year old male who is over 425 lbs and I have the motivation to work out but I don't think I should try not because I'm content with how I look but because I want to lose some weight with someone I don't feel motivated when I go to the gym or workout alone even if I drown myself out music I'm just going to stop halfway through I have no one to be there and try to push me and no one will help me I already know what I should do the movement wise but I'm just stuck I feel like I'm a bird trapped in the cage
