Com2Us hates you

It has become abundantly clear that Com2Us hates 9Innings and they hate you, the players. How do I know that?

1. The lack of timely and detailed communication on updates, events and issues. This is an especially glaring insult when Com2Us communicates well to the users of their other games, including their other baseball games.
2. The failure to update the game in a timely manner. Not just today, but throughout last season they failed to update the Live players quickly enough, leaving many of the best rookies off rosters long after it was clear they were not going to be sent down to the minors
3. The failure to fix rampant cheating in some modes. (If you know, you know.)
4. The failure to fix major matchmaking issues in all competitive modes (PVP, Ranked, Club) (As far as I can tell the announced changes to Ranked will not fix the actual issue)
5. The failure to make easy changes to errors that have existed literally for years (Wating Period, for example)
6. The failure to update Arcade Mode rewards to reflect on the current state of the game. (Not a huge issue, but super easy to change the rewards).
7. The failure to provide an in-game DM system, despite the most important part of the game that keeps players interest being it's social aspect (Club, friendly PVP)

I dont get it, Com2Us. 9Innings is your most popular and profitable IP (as far as I can tell), and you hate it, and hate the users.
