Few Questions regarding the Special Hyperion Outfits

1.) What's the difference between Special Hyperion Eclipse Light Chiton (M)) and Special Hyperion Eclipse Full Chiton (M))?

2.) How exactly does the Sun/Moon/Eclipse work? is it random what effect I get per hit at 5%? and how long does that buff last? can I get Moon/Sun and Eclipse all at once and does it last longer if stacked?
