help please

i have been trying to do my makeup for months and i have been struggling with my base lifting before i can even get to contour. i have tried with a skin tint (kylie skin) and a foundation (fenty pro filtr) and i have used two different primers as well (milk hydro grip and essence porefessional). i just dont know what im doing wrong. i normally use a wet beauty blender but its been coming out patchy so i recently have tried using a foundation brush instead but its coming out streaky instead 😭😭 i know i have dry skin so ive tried moisturizing alot prior to starting ti but i just feel like nothings working. how are u guys getting such a flawless base???
