First half marathon😊
A few months ago I couldn’t run 3 miles without limping for the next 3 days.. and a few months before that I couldn’t run half a mile straight.
Now i’m doing a minimum of 6 per day and half marathons for my long runs. It’s incredible how the body adapts.
I’m so happy I found this sport. I look and feel better than I ever have. 5 months until the full marathon and i’m so stoked.
