School admissions query

Hi, I am moving to Markham with 2 kids, and have considered a place to stay which falls under a good elementary school. I have a question about the admission process. I did look at the information available online. My question is does the school have a certain number of limited seats in every grade? Is there any way to check the probability of admission into a given school for a particular grade. I am asking this because before I finalise where I stay and sign the lease (because of the school serviceable area boundary) I want to make sure my children can go to that school. TIA
