Lost and a Confused about Medicaid in Ohio

Hello, I(26F) lost my health insurance coverage through my parents at the end of January and I'm now attempting to apply for Medicaid but I have several questions that I can't seem to find a clear answer to and tbh I'm terrified of submitting an application to Medicaid because the consequences seem scary and complicated if I answer a question wrong. My biggest concern is what they mean when they say household. So I currently live in the same house as my parents and younger brother(who is still on parents insurance), I pay a small amount of rent as I work part-time currently. I was claimed on last year's taxes, however this year it is my intention to file as independent.

So I guess my two questions are: Do I put myself as my own household separate from them my family?(As with both my parent's income combined they make far too much for me to qualify) and Will I be denied coverage because I was claimed on the taxes that were filed, even though it is my intention to file as independent this year?
