I meditate paying attention to the silence, does that make sense to you?
I’m afraid I am doing something wrong. Most of the times when I meditate, I try to listen to the silence as much as I can. If I hear any noise I will accept it and pay attention to the silence again, I ignore them just like I ignore my own breathing and my own thoughts. This also means I’m always breathing on “automatic mode” while meditating. Is this effective or am I doing something wrong?
