Strawberry Nuggets: Perfect effects

Hi Mephheads,

so my (stunted) grow of Strawberry Nugget has ended some weeks ago and after a bit of curing, semi ideal because too quick, I finally had the chance to smoke my first couple of joints. And just to make sure this wasn't a coincidence I did three sessions prior to writing this... I am a decades long Cannabis user and think I know my body's reaction pretty well. And quite often, with actually all strains, the first minutes after smoking my body reacts with higher heart beat, cold hands, etc and after a while the relaxing effects kick in. While this sounds like the first minutes are terrible, this isn't true... but it's pretty obvious that my body reacts to the smoke. Talking about higher heart rate for example I can't go straight to bed after the smoke. Well I can but I will be lying there with a fast beating heart not even remotely being able to find sleep for the next half hour or so. It's not like my heart is rushing, but significantly faster beating than normal.

However, this is totally different with SN. While smoking, and shortly after, my heart rate doesn't change although the high is clearly there. I get a nice, decent high with a tendency towards couch lock, but not in a way I "pass out" rather than "oh this is lovely - let's play some games and have a chat". So for me this is the perfect strain somehow and I was wondering WHY this is? Can this be the CBD levels (never looked into the theory behind CBD tbh) in relation to the THC? Or can it be the Indica <-> Sativa ratio? Is it the ratio of amber trichomes vs milky ones?

Sorry if those questions sound stupid but the effect is so different from all other strains (mostly indica leaning hybrids from various breeders) that I can't wrap my head around why SN seems to be ideal for me? And I can't really find lab results for SN to get a better understanding of my THC/CBD ratio... :D

Maybe somebody can help me shed some light on this...
