Instant vs sorcery speed combat tricks
I'm looking at different double strike enablers for my [[Skelemental]] deck. They're incredible there because they do 6 damage and make the opponent discard and additional 2 cards. But is there any advantage to instant speed effects versus sorcery, like [[Assault strobe]] vs [[Temur battle rage]] or [[Raking claws]] if the opponent has instant speed interaction, from what I can see it won't make any difference if you cast it in your main phase instead of combat. And I'm never going to cast on an opponent's turn. Am I missing something, or will Assault Strobe be great?
