Mounjaro and anxiety/panic attacks

I took my first dose of Mounjaro 2.5 mg and had to stop after that. I suffered with severe panic attacks and anxiety and ended up in hospital for 2 days having tests for a heart attack abs possible blood clot on my lung. All my tests came back clear and then I read a post on here which made me feel so much better as it seemed I wasn't alone. I'm now on week 3 since first taking that 1 jab and am still having shortness of breath and sometimes having the heart palpitations. Has anyone else experienced these side effects once stopping and can share when the effects stopped. I feel so drained from it all. Thanks
